Andrea,
Es el puerto del switch el que tienes que ajustar a la
tarjeta de red, deja
la tarjeta del server en auto y revisa el log del switch.
Revisa resets, crc, drops, etc...
Y fija el puerto del switch a 100 full/100 half o
incluso a 10, segun lo
soporten tu tarjeta y los drivers que tengas. En ocaciones
las tarjetas
Intel tienen que fijarse a 10 half, y despues de actualizar
los drivers, ya
trabajan a 100 full.
No tengo mucha experiencia con los modulos que
mencionas pero me parece que
son interfaces virtuales
